We provide our clients with a complete turnkey result in commercial construction. Our range of expertise can encompass anything from a small office to major demolition and reconstruction projects. Our many years of experience enables us to perform all types of work to successfully carry out the project in its entirety; this includes masonry, footings, foundations, brick and block work, layout and framing, electrical including service upgrades, HVAC, sheetrock and taping, millwork and custom cabinetry. We also provide scaffolding, sidewalk bridging and they’re related permits.

Hotels

Since the inception of JCRC, our work in the hotel industry has become another of our specialties. From restoration to renovations our work can be found in some of the most notable buildings in the region. See our gallery !!

Our dedication to each project is shown by our availability and readiness to work on off-shifts, (weekends and nights) as necessary to accommodate our client’s needs and to simply “get the job done”.

Restaurants

Our in-house staff has had many years of experience in all facets of restaurant construction. In support of our staff, we have a carefully selected group of highly efficient sub contractors. These sub contractors specialize in high-end generic and imported restaurant and kitchen equipment. Together with our own experienced crew and support groups, we can deliver on time, within budget, any project. We are fully aware of the impact of “Down Time” in the industry as tables must turnover !!!.

We have completely renovated up to 400 seat restaurants while they continued to operate with minimal disruption to business.

Educational Institutions

Throughout the history of our company we have completed many different types of projects for educational institutions. JCRC has performed multi-function construction and renovation projects at some of the major institutes of learning in New York City. Our projects have included classroom renovations, laboratory construction, ball courts, swimming pool and auditorium renovations.

Residential

We have renovated, designed, restored and built many residences, ranging from $100,000 Co-Ops to homes in the Hampton’s valued in excess of $50 million. Our projects range from studio apartments to high-end condo’s located in Battery Park and the Upper East and West sides of Manhattan. Our geographic area of expertise ranges from Montauk Point to Upstate New York, from Western New Jersey to Virginia. We have the ability and construction connections to perform projects anywhere.
